All 3 applications have been appealed by the applicant to the Ontario Land Tribunal for lack of decision. The applicant is proposing two 24-storey and two 15-storey multiple dwellings, five blocks of two-storey townhouse dwellings, one 4-storey multiple dwelling and one 2-storey amenity building on a private condominium road. A total of 1209 units are proposed with 1067 parking spaces.
